OF WINNING
The following Sweepstakes is intended for legal residents of the 50 United States
of America (USA) and D.C. only and shall only be construed and evaluated according
to U.S. law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not located in the USA at
the time of entry.
ELIGIBILITY:
The “Ditch the Drip: Get Serious About Nasal
Allergies” 2013 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open and offered only to legal residents
of the 50 United States and D.C., excluding territories and possessions, who have reached the age
of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries,
LTD, Huntsworth Health Corporation, D/B/A Tonic Life Communications (“Tonic”), and
American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., their immediate families (parent,
child, sibling or spouse) and/or household members and any other persons or entities
associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all
applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in where prohibited by law.

(the “Sponsor”) and administered by American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc.,
300 State St. Suite 402 Rochester, NY 14614 (the “Administrator”).
AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
By participating, entrants
agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the
Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m.
Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 15, 2013 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on
June 9, 2013 (“Sweepstakes Period”) and consists of four (4) entry periods with separate drawings
and prizes for each Entry Period, as set forth in the chart below.

The Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. During the
Sweepstakes Period, eligible Entrants may enter once during each of the four separate Entry Periods
by visiting www.DitchtheDrip.com (the “Website”). At the
Website, participants must fill out the entry form completely, including a valid home and email address
(P.O. Boxes are not permitted), and click on the “Enter the Sweepstakes” button to complete your entry.
LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER ENTRY PERIOD. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person during
each of the four Entry Periods.
Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. All required information must be completed to enter and
to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than
one entry by using multiple or different email addresses, registrations, logins or other methods or manner of entry
will serve to void the all of the entrant’s entries and the entrant may be disqualified. Proof of entering information
at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Internet entries must be made
by the entrant only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any
other web site or e-mail address, including, but not limited to, commercial Sweepstakes subscription notification
and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of automated
entry devices is prohibited and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than maximum allowed entries.
In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register
will be deemed to be the registrant or player. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is
assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization
(e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain
associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be
acknowledged or returned. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address
and other information for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
If for any reason the operation or administration of this Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running
as planned for any reason, including but not limited to (i) infection by computer virus, bugs, (ii) tampering,
unauthorized intervention, (iii) fraud, (iv) technical failures, or (v) any other causes beyond the reasonable
control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct
of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers
with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any
time, without notice and award the Grand Prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of, or after
(if applicable) this cancellation, termination, modification or suspension date, or in any manner that is fair
and equitable and best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole
discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process
or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Website; or acting in violation of these Official Rules or
in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not
constitute a waiver of that provision.
RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Tonic, and the
Administrator, their respective parents, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates , distributors,
sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and
against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any
prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an
entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the
administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or
property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in
the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission,
interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or
destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for
any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems,
servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor
on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any
combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or
resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Entrant
further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of
entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for
attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to,
punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION:
The potential four (4) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in four (4) random drawings from among all
eligible entries received during each Entry Period by the Administrator whose decisions are final and
binding. The four (4) Grand Prize drawings will be conducted on or about April 29, 2013, at 11:59:59 a.m.
EDT, May 13, 2013, at 11:59:59 a.m. EDT, May 27, 2013, at 11:59:59 a.m. EDT, and June 10, 2013, at
11:59:59 a.m. EDT. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during
each Entry Period in the Sweepstakes. Only one member of a household may win one Grand Prize in the
Sweepstakes regardless of the number of Entry Periods in which the entrants have submitted entries.
The potential Grand Prize Winners will be contacted via email and/or a USPS mail package of prize
confirmation. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted within five business (5) days after the first
attempt to contact him/her, or if potential Winner does not return the completed prize award acknowledgement
and release documents within five (5) business days of receipt of the prize confirmation, the Sponsor may
select an alternate potential Winner in his/her place at random from the remaining entries.
PRIZES:
There will be four (4) Grand Prizes awarded (one (1) per Entry Period)
during the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Prize per person per household. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a Dyson
vacuum Dyson vacuum: DC50 Animal Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $499.99 and a Dyson asthma & allergy kit ARV: $69.99.
Each Grand Prize has an ARV of $570.00. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize
for one of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with their prize receipt
and/or use. Winners may be required to complete a W-9 tax form. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received during the Sweepstakes period.
DECLARATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RIGHTS:
Each potential Winner shall be required to execute a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form granting
Sponsor, and any entities with which it is affiliated, the opportunity and right to film, videotape, record and photograph each
winner, and to use his or her name, voice, likeness without further compensation for advertising and promotion for Sponser or in
Sponsor’s advertising, except where prohibited by law. Such declaration and release must be signed and returned to Administrator
within five (5) business days of receipt of notice to winner. Failure to sign the declaration and release and return these
documents to the Administrator will result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner selected at random.
PRIVACY / USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you agree to the conditions of Sponsor’s privacy policy,

information for the purposes of this Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing any personal information, Entrants
hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection, usage and disclosure of your personal information by Sponsor and it’s authorized agents for the
purposes of administering this Sweepstakes, prize fulfillment, and future communications with Teva. If you have any questions regarding
Sponsor’s privacy policy, please contact Sponsor and ask to speak to Legal Counsel.
GOVERNING LAW:
Except where prohibited by law, you agree that the Sweepstakes and these
Official Rules and any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes
or any prize awarded shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to conflicts
of law rules as well as resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate
court located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
WINNERS LIST REQUEST:
To request confirmation of the names and addresses of the Prize Winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped business size
envelope, by August 11, 2013, to: ASC/TEVA “Ditch the Drip” Sweepstakes Winners List Request, 300 State St., Suite 402, Rochester,
NY 14614. nia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Pennsylvania.
